8.Salmon:Salmon, mackerel, and other fishes that are rich in omega-3 lower blood pressure. These types of fish contain other nutrients that can prevent heart diseases, promote weight loss, fight inflammation, and promote brain health.

9.Low-fat milk:Contains calcium and vitamin D. These nutrients help in regulating blood pressure, promote weight loss, and strengthen the bones.

10.Oatmeal: Aside from the fact that oatmealis easy to prepare, it is also used for skin care, oatmeal contains various nutrients that can also decrease the risk of heart diseases.
